Requesting Use of Images

Requests must follow the rules set out below.

Images may be used for personal enjoyment and educational purposes with proper citation. They may not be copied to storage devices that allow sharing with others, e.g., tape backups, cd-roms, dvd-roms, hard drives, servers etc. No written permission is required for personal use as described here.

You may not start using material from this website for any commercial means or re-publishing (personal sites included), until you have received written permission to do so through a written usage licence. The written permission (licence) may be in the form of an email message. Before permission is granted, you must send your request to the photographer. Your request must include the following:

- Specify which image/images you are interested in - please include the complete URL where the material is found on the website.

- You must agree not to alter the material by means of manipulation.

- Each image used must include proper credits and a link to this website. If several images are used on a single page, only one link per page to this website is needed, but credits must be included with each image.

- You must notify the copyright holder when the image is placed on your website, or when it is moved to a new location.

How to get permission

1. Send Raeleen Badham Ness an email requesting the use of the files you are interested in, and indicate in that email that you understand and accept the conditions on this page.

2.Raeleen Badham Ness will respond to your email, to clarify the terms of agreement, and then either to give or deny permission.

3. If permission is given, you may only use the image as agreed upon.

4. You will notify Raeleen Badham Ness when the image is in place.

5. In the event that the use of the image(s) change, Raeleen Badham Ness must be notified, and a new usage licence drawn up.
